Cheesecake is a much-beloved dessert all around the world. Its rich, silky and creamy texture, combined with a delicious biscuit base and accompanied by complimentary tangy fruits, appeals to the taste buds of almost everyone.

Party Cheesecake
My ‘Party Cheesecake’ is a super-yummy alternative to the regular cheesecakes above. With a sponge base, instead of a biscuit base, and decorated with colourful sprinkles, this cheesecake doesn’t need any extras (like a coulis or fruit) and is a perfect addition to any celebration where you want something really unique and special.
Serving Size
Both the Regular and the Party Cheesecake have a 23cm diameter, giving 12-14 slices/servings.

Notes
- When serving cheesecake, take it out of the refrigerator until it reaches room temperature.
- Use a long slicing knife dipped in hot water to keep the knife from sticking as you slice. Slice with long, smooth strokes.
